Group level ERP (software as a service) The first international ERP system starts running (2008). In addition to the Hungarian parent company system, each country has its own ERP with full functionality but facilitating the operation of the whole company group. Due to compliance with accounting rules and other legal requirements, the company was transformed into a limited liability company. The new company, Prosper Software House Ltd continues to be a full successor of the former firm.
The first complex ERP system SEIK ERP system was made to fully support the trading processes. Its modules are: procurement, warehouse management, sale, marketing, transport, finance, controlling, product management, dealing with returned items, filing. We customized the system according to the rationalized company operation. After introducing the system the previous warehouse shortage dropped to 2% (!) of the former shortage, thanks to the systematic data management. The time spent with stock-taking dropped to its fifth.
